2. A return shipment is at the expense and risk of the buyer. This means that we are not liable for damage or loss of a return shipment.
3. The items must be packed in good condition, in the original packaging. We only accept unopened packages.
4. If you were entitled to a volume discount due to the purchase amount, it is possible that the purchase amount falls below a certain discount scale due to the return shipment. As a result, the discount may be partially or even completely cancelled. This is settled with the credit.
